Refund Policy

First payment

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of your purchase, as long as your agents have not yet been put into live use with your customers.

After that, payments already made are non-refundable, except in the cases below.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

We do not refund partial months. If you were charged by mistake or twice, we will refund it in full.

How to ask

Email hello@vlouxe.com from the address you used to buy, with your order details. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
